     Getting an error: “The RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE error (0x6ba) was thrown by the RPC Runtime process.” when running https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com

Go to c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and open hosts file
Input entries for your local Exchange’s FQDN name and RPC domain name
10.x.x.x                mail.domain.local
10.x.x.x               mail.publicdomain.com
