Try to set up my business account hosted by google so i can Send As that account from my personal Gmail which is also hosted by google. Whatever i do its not working, 2 Factor authentication is off

In a nutshell, if 2-Factor authentication is off, then you should be able to connect via TLS Port 587 and smtp.gmail.com. The below settings have to be turned ON, one for the Workspace email tenant and one for an actual workspace mailbox.
