I’ve migrated to Office 365 using cutover migration from Exchange 2007. Now when i open my Outlook 2010/2013 it still connectes to on-prem Exchange 2007. I’ve configured internal/external autodiscover records. What am i missing?

You need to modify permissions of domain Service Connection Point (SCP), to deny users access. Records is located in
CN=<SERVERNAME>,CN=Autodiscover,CN=Protocols,CN=<SERVERNAME>,CN=Servers,CN=Exchange
Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative
Groups,CN=<ORGNAME>,CN=Microsoft
Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=<DOMAIN>,DC=<TLD>
 
you can use ADsiedit
