How do i increase message and attachment size in Exchange 2007 and 2010?

Set these two options through PoweShell
Set-ReceiveConnector “CONNECTOR NAME” -MaxMessageSize 40Mb
Set-SendConnector “CONNECTOR NAME” -MaxMessageSize 40Mb

Bad Behavior has blocked 3043 access attempts in the last 7 days.
