There are a lot of HP articles and suggestions but this is the only solution i was able to find: When the error comes up, click on to exit into the command prompt Launch notepad and open c:\autounattend.xml You have to search the string <ProductKey>, there are two. Below the first one under USER insert a new line that contains the string <Key></Key> You don’t have to insert a code, only the tags. Save the file and relaunch manually the command X:\Windows\Hpssbem.exe again The installation should continue
